We have a vast database of properties to rent throughout Liverpool and surrounding areas. You can search through our properties by clicking the property search button at the top of the page. Viewings are carried out Monday to Saturday between the hours of 9am to 6pm. Once you have viewed and found a property you would like to rent you will need to pay a holding deposit which takes the property off the market while we obtain references. This deposit is then deducted off your first months rent at the move in stage. Once you have paid the holding deposit you will be given an application form to complete which must be returned to our office fully completed within seven days. We will then obtain references from your current employer / accountant, previous landlord if you have rented before & credit check you. We charge an application fee of £125.00 to cover admin and credit referencing fees. Some applications may need a guarantor to act for them for this we charge £25.00.
